Underwater street manages to make learning both fun and interactive and is ideal for Foundation Stage, KS1 and early KS2. Not only does it cover the six areas of learning for the Foundation Stage it also has been highly commended for Key Stage 1 Science, Design and Technology and Art and Role Play.

With over 50 interactive exhibits, a science show for every class and workshops all day long you can be sure the children will be kept occupied while teachers enjoy observing their every move.

In the Lab children can experiment with magnets, electricity and light and even make some illusions of their own.

Our well stocked craft table is always busy with creative activity and is part of our Alternative Art section where children can paint a real car, paint a portrait on a see thru easel or make a picture from play balls. With hundreds of designs to choose from our magnet table is popular with teachers and children alike. Choose your design, make your magnet from plaster and come back and paint it once it has set.

Imagination Street allows the children to dress up and interview each other in T.V. Studio or work in the supermarket, learn about fractions in the Pizzeria or look after our dogs in the Pooch Parlour.

The Sensory Area awakens every sense between the aroma wall, the watery cave, the sound boxes, story tent,  and the feely boxes.

With Coach drop off directly outside and excellent facilities for packed lunches please call or visit to see why teachers have raved about Underwater Street and children never wanted to leave.

We can also offer Underwater Street for private visits on a Monday to groups of 90 children or more subject to availability. (Private hire not available in June or July).
