Frequently Asked Questions:-

Q: What if someone doesn't turn up, do I still have to pay?
A: You only pay for the amount of children that turn up – of course there is the
minimum requirement of 12 children so you would be charged for 12 if less than
12 turned up,(5 children at a mini party, 20 children at a private party)

Q Do we need to order the food in advance?
A: We know that children can change their minds so they choose their meal on
the day from our party menu which includes 6 options – something to please
everyone.

Q; Do I need to provide party bags?
A: Party bags are included in the party package. You may add to them if you wish.

Q; Do adults attending the party have to pay?
A: No there is no charge for adults attending a child’s party.

Q: What about parking?
A: There is usually free parking nearby. Please call us or visit the parking page for more details.

Q: How long does a party last?
A: the party is for 2 hours. The children will normally sing Happy Birthday and
eat about one hour into the party and then they return to play for the remainder
of the party.

Q:Can I order food platters for the adults?
A: Yes we do a range of hot and cold platters for adults ranging from bacon butties
to wraps and sandwiches to appetizers.

Q: Can I book online?
A: yes we now have on line booking for parties.

Q: How much is the deposit?
A: We require a £ 30 deposit at the time of booking the balance is due on the day.
Q: Do you have someone that takes the children around Underwater St?
A: We know that children like to do different things so party guests are free to
explore Underwater Street but our friendly staff are situated around helping the
children enjoythe many workshops, activities and shows on offer- getting the
most out of their day.
Q: Do I need to provide the cake?
A: Yes you just need to bring the cake and candles. We will bring the cake out, sing
Happy Birthday and cut it up and put it into the party bags.
